When should I place my order? We temporarily are not accepting new orders. Please check back for your future cake needs. We only accept a limited number of orders each week and suggest booking as far in advance as possible. We suggest ordering layer cakes at least three weeks in advance. Tiered and sculpted cakes require four weeks notice. We will do our best to accommodate orders requested with less notice; however, a rush fee may apply.
How do I place an order? You can contact us through our website on the contact page. You also can call us at 424.262.LILZ (5459) or send us an email at LittleZsCakery@gmail.com. Be sure to include the details about your event (event type, date, expected number of guests, and what type of treats you are looking for). Please note our kitchen is very busy on the weekends, and it may take us longer to reply. We will respond to any inquiries received after 3pm on Thursday the following Tuesday. In order to secure your date, we need a 50% nonrefundable retainer/deposit, your complete contact information and a delivery address and time.
Can you accommodate allergy or dietary restrictions? We want every customer and guest to enjoy a memorable cake, and we certainly do not want to exclude those with dietary restrictions. We offer gluten-friendly, dairy alternatives, and egg-free options. We are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. We sanitize our equipment and work space; however, ingredients or machinery may come in contact with nuts, milk, wheat, soy, and egg products. Depending on the severity of allergies, it may be better for you to order from a local bakery who is certified allergen-free. Please communicate any allergy concerns before ordering. Little Z’s Cakery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
Can you make this cake I found on Pinterest? We like to see and discuss pictures of cakes or certain elements that you like, but our cake will not look exactly like another artist’s. Every artist has a different style, and every cake is unique. Color matching is not guaranteed, however, we will do our best to match color schemes.
Help, I don’t know what I want my cake to look like! We love collaborating with our customers and finding the right design for you. Once a retainer has been paid, we will be happy to draw a rough sketch of your cake. You can scroll through our gallery and social media for examples of other cakes we have done. And we enjoy the challenge of a new theme we have never done.
Will you arrange flowers on my cake? We are happy to arrange flowers you provide on your cake. For wedding cakes, we highly recommend you order flowers through your florist to ensure they coordinate with your other decor. For other cakes, a local florist or many grocery stores have nice options. Please be aware that some flowers are poisonous. Little Z’s Cakery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction or poisoning due to flowers.
